They are not offers to sell or rent real property, the people pictured are not registered brokers, and no listing has a RERA permit number. Nothing on this site is financial, legal or tax advice.

Forms and accounts

The forms and accounts on this site work. Messages you send are read by the Geminate Solutions team. Please keep your account details secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. We may remove accounts used to send spam or abuse.

Acceptable use

• Do not try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or its data.
• Do not submit content that is unlawful, abusive, or that you do not have the right to share.
• Do not use automated tools to scrape the site or submit forms.

Calculators, fees and figures

The payment and cheque calculators give a rough illustration using the figures you enter and typical UAE fees at the time of writing. Real payments depend on your lender, landlord, the authorities and your own circumstances. Articles describe rules as we understand them and may be out of date; always confirm with the relevant authority.

Intellectual property

The site design and code belong to Geminate Solutions. The layout is based on a licensed UI kit. Do not copy them for commercial use without permission.
