Contact OmarConnecting you with well-chosen homes in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, and with advice you can rely on from the first viewing to the day you get the keys.

We think finding a home is more than a transaction. It is a decision about where your children go to school, how long your commute is and what you see from the kitchen window every morning. We built this team to make buying, selling and renting in the UAE straightforward and personal, with agents who listen first and advise second. Whether you are buying your first apartment in the Marina or moving a family into a villa on Saadiyat, our job is the same: help you find not just a property, but a place you will be glad to call home, at a price that makes sense, with no surprises along the way.

We want every client to feel they had someone on their side: a clear plan, honest numbers and an agent who knows the community well enough to tell you what the listing leaves out.

To make every move in the UAE property market well informed, from the first viewing to transfer day, by explaining every step and every dirham before you commit.
Six principles that guide every viewing, negotiation and handover.
We tell you what we would want to know ourselves: the service charge history, the flight path, the reason a home has been on the market for six months.
We check the paperwork twice, measure the rooms that matter and read the contract with you line by line before anything is signed.
Our advice does not change with the commission. If renting for a year is the better move, or a home is overpriced, we will say so.
Each agent focuses on a handful of communities, so the advice is specific to the street, the cluster and the building.
One point of contact, replies within one working day, and every fee written down in dirhams before you commit.
We pay attention to how a home is built and cooled, because a well-shaded, well-insulated house costs less to live in every summer.
People who know their communities and are happy to tell you what they think.

Contact ClaireNo pressure, no surprises. Here is what happens between your first message and moving in.
Step 1 of 5
Tell us what you need
A 20-minute call about budget, communities and timing. We send a shortlist the same week, not a flood of listings.
Step 2 of 5
View with someone who knows the street
Your agent arranges viewings in person or by video, and tells you what the listing leaves out: flight paths, service charges, which side gets the sun.
Step 3 of 5
Agree the price and sign the Form F
We compare recent sales in the same building or cluster, negotiate for you and walk you through the sale agreement line by line.
Step 4 of 5
Mortgage, NOC and transfer
We coordinate the bank valuation, the developer’s No Objection Certificate and the trustee appointment, and send you a costed list of every fee.
Step 5 of 5
Keys, DEWA and moving in
Transfer day at the trustee office, then help with DEWA, chiller, community access cards and a snagging check before you move in.
Use the search bar on the home page or the Properties page to filter by buy or rent, community, property type, bedrooms and budget. Open any listing to see the full details, save it to your account, or ask the listing agent to arrange a viewing.
Yes. Non-UAE nationals can buy freehold in designated areas, which include all five communities on this site. In Dubai the sale is registered with the Dubai Land Department; in Abu Dhabi with the Department of Municipalities and Transport. Rules differ slightly between the two emirates, so ask your agent before you make an offer.
In Dubai, plan for the 4% Dubai Land Department transfer fee, a registration trustee fee, an agency fee (usually 2% plus VAT), and mortgage fees if you borrow. Abu Dhabi has a 2% registration fee. As a rough guide, keep 6 to 7% of the price aside for costs.
Yes. Every listing has a "Request a showing" button. Choose a date and a time of day, in person or by video, and the listing agent will confirm within one working day. Viewings are free and there is no obligation.
Rent is quoted per year, which is how prices appear on this site. Landlords usually ask for payment by post-dated cheques, from one to four (sometimes twelve), plus a refundable security deposit of around 5% for unfurnished homes or 10% for furnished ones.
